A Bright Idea
In 2012, Jennifer Rubin began exploring ways to make candle making more creative, personal, and accessible. Inspired by the joy of hands-on art experiences, she experimented with techniques that allowed candles to be customized with color, fragrance, and design.
After nearly twenty years of success with Petroglyph Ceramic Lounge, our family-owned paint-your-own pottery studio, we saw an opportunity to bring that same spirit of creativity and self-expression to candle making. In 2013, Glow Candle Lounge opened its doors in Willow Glen alongside Petroglyph.
Thousands of candles later, Glow has become a beloved part of the Willow Glen community—a place where friends gather, families connect, and creativity shines.
